My cat will not use this.
Unfortunately the scratching post I usually buy is sold out so I ordered this one instead. It turned out to be a waste of money because for some reason my cat refused to use it. I tried sprinkling him with catnip to tempt him a little more, but he just sniffed and then walked away. After a few months of ownership, it still lies on the floor in the same spot as my old one, but completely unused. That's why I gave it one star, but I want to say that it's really well done.
