Good projector for the price

Good projector for the price. Photos are not true but some of them are still attached. Image Quality: I would say the image quality is good for this projector. I took a photo (without the flash) to show how you can still see the video with the headlight on towards the screen and with the headlight off. The picture is clear, the colors are bright when viewed with the lights off. While you can still see the spotlight image, the quality has degraded, which is to be expected. I prefer a projector (floor standing) with a front screen over a rear screen. When projecting backwards, the light from the projector went through the screen and distracted attention. I didn't try to project the ceiling since I was outside. Sound Quality: You will definitely need speakers if 1. you prefer to hear some bass, or 2. if you are in a large and/or open space. I connected the projector to my speakers with an extra cable. Connectivity: I like that the projector is Wi-Fi enabled. Connecting the projector to my WiFi was quick and easy. The strength of the connection will depend on your WiFi network, so keep this in mind when placing the projector in certain areas of your home. I have not attempted to connect to my laptop or any other device using the cables that came with it, therefore I cannot go into this function in this review. Setup/Miracast (Android): Casting to a projector is easy. Instructions can be found by clicking on the respective page, as well as in the supplied manual. Note. Make sure the projector is connected to the same wireless network as the device. Also, your device must have Miracast or some kind of broadcast capability to work with the projector. I tried using my Samsung 10+ phone, LG Stylo 2 phone and Samsung tablet. I couldn't broadcast to my LG phone or Samsung tablet even when I tried to install broadcast apps from play store. I've also tried streaming from Netflix and YouTube using the cast button on those apps but to no avail on an LG phone and tablet. Size: Good compact size. Light. Carrying around doesn't hurt. Fits perfectly in a small camera bag. Optional: Includes a remote control and different cables for different ways of connecting devices. The projector also has a small screw base to lift the projector at an angle. There was also a place to mount the tripod. I used a Canon mic tripod and a standard size tripod. Both fit perfectly. My Thoughts: There are no downsides to this projector other than the sound quality. However, I use mines outdoors so I still have to use external speakers. For the price I think it's a winner. What would make this projector even better is that it has Bluetooth to be able to connect to my speakers without an extra cable. I like to keep cables and wires to a minimum when using electronics outdoors. Hopefully this will be taken into account when the company releases the next updated version.
