Normally, my skin would look great for about a week or two after a facial but then it starts getting dry and doesn’t look as great about 1-2 weeks before my next appointment. There are disinfectant solutions available to buy but I find them expensive and just simply dipping the roller in 90% alcohol for about 10 mins will do. Start with using the roller maybe once or twice a week then increase the frequency to daily once your skin is used to it. The roller is a bit on pricier side compared to other $20 rollers out there but my esthetician said the higher end rollers have better needles that won’t damage the skin.My issue with this roller is that that the replacement head is very expensive. It’s $15 for each head and you need to change it after about 20 uses. So that’s like $15 every 1-2 months depending on how often you use it.
