I like that we can check in at any time without being charged for it - which is great because our team does not go home until late into some nights! It's been difficult keeping up with everyone who has access but this service keeps everything organized so there are no issues of emails going unanswered or things forgotten about when you leave early from work/school etc..

If they could add an option where employees don't have their own login id would be nice since as mentioned above sometimes if someone leaves before midnight then its tough getting them back online next morning (unless one person takes responsibility). But overall good product!! Great way keep track and stay connected while having flexibility too by logging off whenever needed during office hours-which saves quite alot compared how much other services charge per hour logged onto your computer screen.
