Review on Dispatch Direct by Frank Harwood

The ability to set up workflows that are tailored for our business is great! We have been able to train employees quickly because of how easy it was to get started using this platform! There isn't anything I dislike about dispatch direct yet but there could be more features added in the future if they decide to do so. A few things like having an option where we can add notes directly onto invoices instead of just putting them into comments would make life easier as well. Keeping track of all tasks assigned by each employee has made job management much simpler than what we were doing before.
