Rinse your mouth well with warm water 3. Pull your lip away from your teeth, make a funny face in front of a mirror, and then apply the gel with a cotton swab. This protects the product and your gums.4. Press the molded mouthguard over the gel and release the lip. Repeat.5. Leave 5-15 minutes (depending on your pain tolerance) with the light on constantly.6. Shake well 7. Apply Remineralizing Blue Gel liberally to trays and leave on teeth for as long as you can/wish.8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly and do not eat or drink anything but water for at least an hour.
