This product was SUPER easy to install. Just screw it up. The flow rate varies greatly depending on how far you have opened the faucet. The freedom of movement of the head is excellent even in my medium-sized pelvis. The only downside is that switching between jet and spray is difficult, especially with wet hands. If there was an easier way to change the spray settings I would give this option 5 stars but nonetheless it is still a GREAT product that I recommend. Initially, but after about 2 weeks of "breaking in" it shifts slightly - even with slippery, soapy hands.
