High res 4k video, crisp and can easily see details like license plates. Everything you want in a dash cam system. Super easy to set up (though if you're not handy with hard-wiring, there are places that will do it for you). I've been using this for a few weeks before writing this review, just to make sure it worked reliably throughout, especially in the hot summer days here in the south -- it has been perfect and I love it. If you have a rear windshield wiper, as I do, I suggest mounting the rear cam *inside*. Otherwise, if mounting the rear cam outside of your car (near the license plate), heavier rains can temporarily obstruct the image. I highly recommend this dash cam!
