Really disappointed in this unit. Kalyss can be hit or miss. It seems about half the times I order this brand the units are perfect, the other half they’re really messed up. Unfortunately this unit is the latter. The color it’s super pretty and the majority of the hair feels soft, which is what gives it my 2 stars. But the first unit I received had a ton of short, frizzy matted hairs at the bottom edge and at the start of the tracks. So I requested a replacement due to receiving a defective product. I just got the replacement today. It’s a little better, but it still has those short, frizzy, matted (overheated) hairs. I expect better at this price point so I’m sending it back. Which really sucks because I can’t find a brown wavy unit without ombré roots, this was the only one on revain. Bummer.
