I like the way they look, prefer the gray color. As many have noted, they are a bit large to wear. I used to wear a 10 but recently got down to a 10.5 in some shoes. They're comfortable on the trail or when walking, and the width doesn't cause rubbing with standard athletic socks. But clearly a good half inch more in the sock. The grip on the dry fairway is good, the slipping that others are talking about hasn't happened yet. The small wheel for tightening or loosening took some getting used to. Although they didn't give me a single hole, my first experience was very good and good comfort compared to my old golf shoes.
