Review on Charley by Michael Willis

I like that it is easy to use for beginners, but also has many features available for advanced users as well. The customer service could be better! Sometimes they respond very slowly or can't answer your question at all when you call in with an issue. However this does not usually last long after reaching out directly via their chat feature anyways so its really only 1 problem per person overall if thats something important enough too worry about. Email campaigns are super simple to create using charleys web interface which makes them easier than creating one by hand anyways (and most templates already have some basic setup done).
