A good product so far, you will need to disassemble your game console to get the part number to order the correct one. Pretty simple, lots of instructional videos online, I have a ps4 slim and the whole hard drive cartridge shouldn't come out, they have a flap that pops off and the laser assembly slides straight out, you have to pull out the straps to replace with a new part and this fixes that Disk read error. Mine said "disk not recognizable" on Blu-ray and in games. That solved the problem, so far I'm happy.
