Revainrating 5 out of 5

constant jitter, poor USB support, jitter gets worse over time

Bad: Expect jitter above 60Hz. Frequency seems to be OS and hardware dependent; my Windows10 machine with a GTX1070 saw them about every 90 minutes. My Linux workstation with AMD APU started seeing them every half hour or so, and then several times a minute once the device return window closed. The USB slot of the mouse does not work at all. USB switching works. if and only if a keyboard and only a keyboard is connected to the USB port of the keyboard. The keyboard, mouse, microphone and camera were plugged into a USB hub in one of the regular USB ports and nothing worked. My keyboard is also a USB hub, but when I plug something into the USB sockets, the switch immediately says it's no longer communicating with the USB controller on the host side, and the USB input doesn't work. It appears to be sensitive to vibration, as loud noises, drafts, or ground shake from heavy footsteps will cause the monitor to go blank for a second or two. On my Linux workstation, the USB controller randomly decides to stop communicating with the switch, causing USB input to stop entirely. To work. A reboot fixes this, or if you log into the workstation from a different host and force unplug/rebind the USB drivers, it will force it to reconnect the USB devices. What's good: The buttons have a very nice click and beep. It has very clear LED indicators for the status it's active on, and those LEDs aren't overly bright as they appear on many devices.
