So cute, durable and soft
Bought the blue one and it's so cute! Beautiful color and pattern. Double security with velcro and snaps... the closures are adjustable which is nice. The mesh is so soft...not stiff or itchy. Very well made and feels better than wearing it when clipped to the seat belt latch in the car. I don't have to worry about her choking if I have to stop quickly. The flowers came off in the wash but the dress held its shape after washing/drying. Buy Black Harness Vest!
