I need constant noise to sleep well, so I like to hear thunder or rain to help me fall asleep. As an avid backpacker who travels, I love this sound machine! It is small and easily fits in a backpack or luggage. The sound quality is excellent. And its battery lasts a long time. It also has an automatic shut-off that saves energy. I use the 60 minute setting and when it turns off I'm already in a deep sleep. This is great for hotels or car camping as it allows my brain to focus on the constant noise of the noise machine and not other people's noises. So it goes without saying that I am a big fan of this sound machine!
