good and accurate: meat

The woman doesn't like her meat being scarce because she considers it unsafe (apparently her father wasn't very good at grilling). I bought this to make sure I got the beef to a "safe" temperature (overcooked). She will now eat medium-hard meat because she believes this thermometer confirms it's safe for her. One day maybe I'll persuade her to try blue.
