The product looks and feels like one part but did not work on first use. I used a standard outlet with a 2 foot breaker. No percussion instruments or power tools. I don't know how I managed to break the metal halfway 3/4 of the way down. I pointed my hand directly at the concrete, so that was a fun bonus too. Further investigation showed that the nest was not uniformly thick throughout, with the thinnest wall being the breaking point. Poor quality production and materials. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
