Due to the small size, I expected it to be cheaper, especially since it's only around $3. Weighing just over 1.5 oz/46 g, it is durable and well assembled with rivets. When one or both screwdriver/handles are flipped up, it locks the pliers in the closed position; It won't open if you don't make an effort. And while it's small and predictably awkward to use, it's functional. Given its size, you would expect screwdriver bits to be small, but they are the more common #2 size. Won't work with goggles or the like, but is still useful for most screws you'll find around the home or office, if you have nothing else. I've tried wire cutters and wire strippers on thin speaker wire and it worked surprisingly well. The pliers hold well and turn with decent force as long as the nut or bolt is not too big. There are even 1/8 inch gauge marks for measuring small things. Of course they won't replace a real tool, but in a pinch they work. It would be ideal to carry a keychain for those who "never know when you'll need it". I took it with me to keep in my bike's saddlebag for removing studs etc. from tires, but pliers and screwdrivers can also come in handy. Will be a nice little gift or stocking.
