This camera flew about 400 feet on the body of my medium rocket based on the altimeter installed in the payload bay. It worked great and filmed the whole flight. The sound sucks, but you can still hear the rocket engine, the wind, and the launch control officer talking. Be sure to use a heat-resistant, industrial-grade microSD card. Several supermarket microSD cards I've used have failed, but when I switched to an industrial-type microSD they worked just fine! I was able to activate the camera via their Wi-Fi system with my iPhone in the start box without any problems after enabling the Wi-Fi on the camera. This prevented me from digging through the microSD card storage while waiting in a line of other people's rockets for the rocket to be launched by the launch control officer.
