Review on 25-Feet Black Softalk 42261 Phone Coil Cord - Landline Telephone Accessory by Stephen Mitchell

This phone cord went bad when we bought it to replace another worn cord. Then we mistakenly thought that the problem was in our phone. We bought a new phone and plugged in this cable. That's when we realized the problem was actually the new cable! It has to be disconnected or disconnected somewhere in its connections because sometimes it works and you can hear the person on the other end speaking. The other person can always hear us (no breaks or pauses in our part of the conversation), but sometimes we can't hear them. We need to move the cable to get the sound back. Unfortunately we don't currently have a 30 day window so I'm not sure the seller will do anything. Both phones (new and old) work fine with different phone cords.
