Great experience and pleasure dealing together
The team is very professional, they are always willing to listen my ideas even though it might be different from their own thinking process of how things should work or look like in general. They also have an amazing sense of humor which makes me enjoy working with them every day! I don't really dislike anything about this product so far but maybe there's something that could use some improvement here as well (maybe more focus/knowledge sharing between departments). It has been great having such talented people around us all these years helping out our projects at various levels - frontend development, back end programming etc..
Pros
- Excellent customer service both when you need help solving problems within production environment OR if your issue comes up during any sort of regular contact hours eith anyone else related directly involved into project delivery chain AND lastly excellent knowledgebase access for those who prefer do research online before coming over asking someone questions instead trying stuff by yourself first just because no one want take chances :) Very much appreciated especially since we run several big sites using same
