I was very excited when I received it as one of my hubcaps had mysteriously disappeared (theft? Desperate attempt at freedom? Who knows) and my car looked super ghetto. The hubcaps finally arrived and I was very pleased with their appearance as well as the clear instructions on the box. But when I went to dress this baby I was dismayed to find that they were too big. I looked at my tires: 15 inches. I groaned inwardly because I was sure I ordered the right size. And when I got back in, I checked the box: 16 inches. I checked my bill: 15". So now due to seller error I have to exchange for real 15" hubcaps. phew! How should I deal with the fact that my car will look almost as poor as I actually do for a few more weeks? I would have given those five stars if a mistake hadn't left four nice 16" hubcaps next to my abandoned and bare 15" wheel. Size really does matter. We hope Custom Auto Crews, Inc. gets it right and fast!
