Review on ProcessGene Task Management by Sean Garrison

I like that it can easily be integrated into my CRM system as well so when you check out in your customer they see what tasks have been assigned to them from one central location making follow up/returns much easier! There are some things about processgene suchas its interface not being user friendly yet but these issues will hopefully resolve themselves soon enough with continued updates / improvement of software!! Overall great product - very easy integration & simple useability if used correctly- best decision we made was going forward w this tool.
