Review on Optimized Vionic Walker Women's Shoes for Plantar Fasciitis by Autumn Feudner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

If only I had known that many years ago!

I have problems with plantar fasciitis, sometimes it hurts, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it gets really bad and I have a hard time walking without pain in my heels, knees and ankles. Vionics are the only shoes that do a good job of relieving pain; I dare say I feel healed in these shoes. Size wise I'm 5'2" and 128 lbs - my usual shoe size is a 7, boots, heels, sandals. I bought a 7 B(M) in these shoes, they're roomy in width - but they fit. It's not a tight fit, but my foot doesn't float in it either. I could probably buy a regular size instead of M. But I'm happy with them as they are---hope that helps. Sometimes I wear shoes for plantar Faciitis.insert when i need extra support.wish i could take better care of my feet when i'm younger, i'm 52.if someone would say "hey! spend your money on shoes that support your back." and legs, otherwise they'll catch up to you as you get older." listen? the aging process ENJOY! THIS IS A GOOD SHOE.
