Bought them for Easter Sunday. The perfect white mary jane shoes at a really great price to wear with special occasion dresses. Very reminiscent of Janie Jack and Mary Jane without the stiffness and hard slippery soles. The velcro is functional and good for kids. She didn't have to stop there. They are soft but hard enough. Basically I would buy them again. In any case, it will soon outgrow them, and I won't be too upset about the price, functionality, and durability. My child was like a doll.
