Beautiful and functional
We love this beautiful pitcher. I'm a little embarrassed because it's glass, but the handle seems very strong (for glass). I always support the base when lifting/pouring and try not to bang it on the sink. In fact, I treat it as a work of functional art. With that in mind I think it does a good job and having it on the table gets everyone drinking a lot more water at dinner which is a good thing.
