These magnets are no stronger than the cheaper brands. We bought them for my son for Christmas. He likes to build and play with magnets, but anything he builds will fall apart as soon as you touch it. There are some parts of a magnet that don't connect magnetically. In fact, there isn't enough magnetic energy to connect the pieces. Also, there aren't many configurations you can make with the number of magnets you specify. The setup guide is a single sheet of paper with very basic configurations. I'm surprised some of them made the list with only 10 or so configurations. I will not buy them again because they are not worth the money they are asking. There are other cheaper brands with the same if not better magnet strength.
