Incredible Warranty - Full Condensate After One Year

Update: The first day I emailed the company they started the exchange process to send me a new one. I had to confirm my purchase but it only took a day. This is much quicker than Rigid's lifetime warranty (I still haven't gotten a response from Rigid). Worked fine at first. now a year later they are full of water. They have never been submerged in water, although they are submersible.
