Review on Conectys by John Kennedy

The best part about this product has been their ability to provide me as an agent so much information at one time! It can be overwhelming sometimes but I have learned how they use it efficiently within our office. Sometimes when you get more than 1 notification from them during shift change or something like that there may seem some lag before your next message gets through which makes things difficult if not impossible. We've found we're able solve most issues without having to send out emails back & forth because everything is right here waiting for us.
