Review on Delphic LIS by Chad Boho

I like that it has multiple options so you can customize your system as much or little as needed. Some features are not very intuitive (especially when new) but once we figured them out they worked well enough! Very easy to deploy in our labs because there's no additional software required after installation - just plug it into existing infrastructure & go live. There was some minor lag time between data being entered at one site then appearing everywhere else. It would be nice if this functionality could sync more quickly than every 5 minutes instead of 30 seconds which currently works best for us. We have several different sites within an organization using delphi lis together for patient results reporting/tracking purposes. This allows me access anywhere from home via my phone / ipad etc where ever i am in order get up to date information about patients who need followup care.
