Tbh when this item arrived and I saw how small it was I had a lot of doubts but I couldn't be happy with it after taking it camping. Inflated a queen size air mattress in minutes (and inflated well until it felt like a firm mattress) and did an amazing job of deflating too. It was able to suck out enough air where it got flat enough to easily fold back into its original packaging, which was a surprise. The charge held up very well! No pun intended, but this thing blew my mind! I'll admit it's noisy, but I don't think it would be possible to build a silent one (like vacuum cleaners) - but as they say, fill your mattress before it's too late so you don't wake people up, and maybe put it on Don't deflate the mattress too early in the morning when you're hiking.
