Incredible experience. I've had Wi-Fi internet radios for many years and was one of the first in the US to get them. This is an excellent radio in many ways. The internet in my house is cheap and weak, but it connects easily and reliably when my other two Wi-Fi radios, the desktop models, often get no signal. The radio is so small that I can easily carry it from room to room or in my suitcase. About the size of a paperback book. Once you read the instructions and realize that the OK button is often wrong and the forward arrow button is the one you need to SET UP the command, the setup is smart and intuitive, simple and very reasonable. I memorized twenty stations in a short time, and I suspect a long time. The sound is good, and while the maximum volume is by no means loud (perhaps too low on some stations), the overall volume is adequate - at least for voices, for the BBC, for NPR - but maybe not for music. However, I can connect an additional speaker to the headphone jack if I want to please the audience, or headphones, and the volume is good. And in STEREO with a headset or additional speakers. This radio was well designed and very well thought out, even I think with a slight delay when you press the button - just in case you make a mistake and want to remove your finger. I'm used to the RECIVA and PURE networks, but the one SKYTUNE uses in this radio, although different, is just as good, maybe even better. I found several stations like NYC WQXR Q2 or New Sounds Band right here and nowhere else (and not on Alexa for example). Solid feel, good FM transmitter with antenna (although I installed the FM transmitters I wanted on the internet wifi and they are better there). I have poor eyesight and the screen is small, maybe too small but I can live with that. Yes, PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY, it is very clear, understandable and helpful with some nice surprises to make it easy to set up and use. I guess I'll look into other WiFi radios from this manufacturer, OCEAN DIGITAL. I'm happy. And there's little I like about Washington DC these days (December 2019).
