It's fast, efficient, easy to use and best of all - free! DispatchDirect has streamlined my job and improved efficiencies within our company. If you are looking for a robust, feature rich dispatch system, look no further. Our software integrates directly into our dispatch center allowing us to see the real time status of our drivers and trucks. DispatchDirect is extremely easy to use, especially if you have worked with any other type of dispatch software before. The most useful feature for me was being able to map our jobs with GPS coordinates. Being able to assign jobs to specific locations helps me with assigning equipment to multiple accounts simultaneously, and greatly reduces any potential confusion on the road. It is also helpful when giving directions to customers. This way I can give them a detailed route without having to write it down, or having to stop and tell them "turn left here" etc.. DispatchDirect allows me to monitor our call volume per driver, per account, and per week, month, and year. With that data I can easily identify problems and adjust staffing accordingly.
