Honestly, I don't have any gripes or complaints about this hair. It arrived on time as scheduled. The hair is soft and bouncy with a pleasant fresh clean smell. It's perfect for any crochet style. I was pleased to see how each pack came with a generous amount of hair. It was exactly 15 pieces per 8 pack. ๐ฒ My local hair store can't even come close to compare the hair quantity or quality. I most definitely will order more in the near future. ๐๐๐๐๐
