This is a subtle cotton blanket. I love cotton for its practicality and comfort. Cotton absorbs moisture well and does not cause a sticky feeling, so it can be suitable for bedding. This blanket can be thrown in the washing machine (front loading. Not sure about top loading considering the following). But this blanket is relatively thin. The weave is loose and not as strong as it could be. I don't know how it behaves in a top loading washing machine. Because it's thin and loose, it's not particularly warm or soft. It didn't cost much. I like the off-white color and the attractive weave pattern. Overall it's reasonable for what I paid.
