I've been a casual buyer of American racing gear for forty years, starting with my first Ford Mustang, one of four I've owned. My favorite wheels for my Mustangs were the 'torq thurst d' design, which harkens back to the Shelby of the sixties. Over the years I've switched to a fairly cheap plastic center cap that I've never put on. I saw these metal caps at a car dealership. Very beautiful! the right things until I bought them and realized that offshore propellers are offshore propellers. Garbage.! the caps are great but the cheap screws almost ruined my 70's rims! I had a bad feeling looking at them, so I slowly installed them. I'm glad I did, almost stripped holes. Bought some matching Phillips head screws. liked the hex heads they sent but they're not worth the damage. American companies don't really get it, and neither do many consumers, or maybe we do, if you get my meaning! or
