I have these in green. I thought they would be great for small Christmas gifts. The bags are not Christmas green. They are lemon green. But I love these bags. I have granddaughters and they are great for jewelry, small crafts, candy, hair tools and nail tools. I even use them to put money envelopes in. They decorate everything! These are not clear organza bags. These bags have a light paper feel. They mature easily. The pockets themselves measure 5 3/4" x 7 3/4". They can only accommodate items no larger than 6 x 5 1/4 inches. The side seams take up part of the measurement, as does the top of the lace. They're great for painting if you put something between the front and back. You can stencil them and decorate them with your cricket too. They would be great for St. Patrick's Day.
