I have used these products for many years and have a good understanding of how to use them. The inserts are from Vesture and have not been changed in years. I'm frustrated because the last three I bought leaked heavily when they shouldn't have. Only the last one I can bring back to Revane. For the other two, I'll probably call Vesture and ask that the inserts be switched. If I heat the insert less than the recommended time and then heat for a minute six or seven hours later, it SHOULD NOT leak. But in the past they weren't. If you warm up the same day, make sure it's almost cold. They usually work if you follow the directions and stay warm for 4-5 hours depending on how cold it is outside.
