It's a nice little gadget but I couldn't use it. I cannot open the battery compartment. I asked other people to try to open it; they can't be opened either. The instructions only talk about installing the batteries, and the diagram shows where the battery door is located. Yes I know it sounds very silly but we don't see a way to open the door to allow the batteries to be installed. I asked the company a question but received no response. Aggravating
