These are very good charging cables. On the plus side, their construction looks and feels very good. This prevents damage to the cable as the fault point of single core cables is always at both ends of the cable where it leads from the cable to the connector. The ability to leave the tip plugged into the device obviously prevents the charging connector from wearing out and saves repair time to eventually replace the connector. The kit includes 4 Lightning connectors (iOS), 4 microUSB connectors (almost everything else), and 4 USB-C connectors. A cable with a connector on the side is fine. This allows you to charge and use something larger at the same time, e.g. B. a tablet placed on a table without a cable falling off. When a 90° cable is used, it protrudes less than 1/2 inch from the bottom of the device, preventing the all-too-familiar drop. On the other hand: the charging speed seems to be a bit slower than with a normal one-piece cable. The magnetic connection is not strong enough to reliably charge from a power bank in your pocket while walking. If they could add some sort of bushing that you could put on top of the joint to give a little extra support, that could easily be solved. While not very large, the magnetic coupling on the back of the spade lugs is round, while most cables are rectangular. You may need to either remove the device from the case or (my preference) modify the case to allow the infamous round bar to go into the square hole. However, it is worth taking the time to mod with a razor. While not technically a disadvantage, it should be noted that these cables are for charging ONLY. Because there are only two points of contact between the cable and the handpiece, they will NOT function as a data cable or any other type of connection that requires the use of a USB cable, as again the only connections made are the two contacts needed for charging/charging . Overall the cables are very well made and allow for very quick cable changes without repetitive stress on the charging port on your device which could damage it. These are probably the best charging cables I've bought in a long time. Excellent work!
