This laptop is not what I expected, but it works. It has very little storage space so an external drive is a must unless you rely on cloud storage. Many applications I use every day, like the Microsoft Office suite or Gmail, failed to install. The Windows system on it was very difficult to manage making it impossible to install what you want without going to the Microsoft Office Store and getting a fake version of the app you really want, so it was a little frustrating. There were no ports that I needed for an ethernet connection. Although it supports WiFi, I like the ability to connect when WiFi is weak. I would recommend it for young kids as an entry level laptop.
