This rating is for the 1.1" nozzle. There is also a smaller 0.78 brush head so know which one you want and double check the size you buy. I've bought several sets of these over the last few months, 5 to be exact. So that alone should say something. I really enjoy using these brushes to blend ink. They are easy to use. Just use a light hand until you feel them work. They are a lot cheaper than the options available at online craft stores. I wanted a lot so I have two or three for each color family so I don't have to wash them to switch between colors,
