Review on 🥧 Nordic Ware 9 Inch Charcoal Springform Pan, 10 Cup Capacity by Phil Prater

I've never used a springform pan before but needed it to make ice cream cake. It was surprisingly easy to use and kept all the ingredients inside while the cake was being made. The ring doesn't fully disassemble (which I didn't notice as I haven't used it before); It just stretches out a little when the buckle is undone, and you can then place it on the cake once it's tight. Since the pan has a non-stick coating, before baking/freezing (in my case) I recommend lining it with parchment paper to avoid scratching the pan when cutting the cake. It keeps very well in the freezer. I just wish it was dishwasher safe, but it's good enough to be hand washed a few times a year when I use it.
