The first cutting board I received was slightly warped but after I left a review the company said it might be a fake so they committed to send me another one . The next one didn't warp at all, great cutting board! It's very easy to clean - I didn't put it in the dishwasher as it was too big for that, but a drop of dish soap and a brush cleans it in no time. I left some chopped parsley on for too long and was afraid it would stain, but that came off with no problem either. Perfect!
