Love it. I often draw and draw manga/anime characters. Many of them have black hair. I used my good crayons to fill in the hair and they made it point so quickly it was a waste of money. I wanted pure black. I didn't want it to be shades of gray that I would have to heavily fill in and then blend out with a blunt, but I still wanted the pencil to look like a pencil and not a colored pencil that ends up turning black. This pencil did a great job. It is full and there are no sharp lines that are created when drawing with pencils. It's a rich black, but well balanced. And with a simple movement of the stump, all the lines (e.g. changing the direction of hatching) are almost gone.
