The quality of the chair is poor. Maybe a glamorous folding chair. If you don't expect more, then that's fine. After this purchase I have found another floor chair that I am completely satisfied with. I only need minimal back/legless support and the chair's other features are perfect for that. - I'm 5ft 5in and 130lbs - I have a regular sized Back Jack which can be used for meditating and lounging on the floor from time to time - The metal tubes bump into the sides and shoulders on my back and make it very uncomfortable - it is not durable and not very easy to fold, not very comfortable The description just greatly exaggerates its design Communication with the seller was a complete waste of time I was told that I never thought it would be a massive chair I've been told that any problem is mine and they want to charge me for double shipping plus a restocking fee and they also just canceled my return request blaming my lack of response despite communicating on 4 separate occasions , where I have received arguments, inflection and denial They also have all email conversations with me as their "pe zialsosoße" identified by what appears to be some sort of internal system of my labeling, which I found offensive and odd. They seem to have absolutely no motivation to be fair or even civilized. The chair is disappointing at best.
