I am a carpenter and have spent half my adult life working on bespoke yachts. This table is of a very high quality and occupies a prominent place in our main living area. I am very difficult to please and at this price it far exceeded my expectations. One assembly tip: after the washers and nuts are in place on the legs, attach the shelf pins, stand the unit upright and attach the shelf. Now tighten the nuts and the legs will firmly push the shelf into place. If you tighten the nuts first you will scratch the legs trying to insert the shelf. Everything fits together well. I will definitely order from this company again.
