These are great for home office, or any room where you have a lot of electronics. I guess that is almost any room of the house these days.I got these for my daughter to use in her dorm room. They have the best raised in a loft or mid-level. The outlets, however, are at the standard location near the bottom of the wall. These surge protectors give them access to their devices and chargers on the loft, at their desk, etc.Super functional - I recommend them often as the layout and number of ports is fabulous along with the length of chord and the size of the thing. Not having a long flat or boxy square. Just a simple set of outlets really!
