It only works in degrees Celsius, but that's a very good value. Two controllers are cheaper than most other single controller options. I used it to regulate fermentation temperature when brewing beer. Without the controller, my wine cooler would only run at 60 degrees on the maximum setting, and I wanted my 5-gallon batch of beer to ferment at 66 degrees. So I put the controller's sensor in the fridge, plugged the fridge into the controller, and then set the temperature to between 66 and 67 degrees F (18.9 to 19.4 C), and whenever I checked the digital thermometer , it remained stable. at 66.8 degrees during a two-week fermentation process.
