The package looked like it had been downloaded from the back of a truck 3 or 4 times and could then be used in the camp for soccer practice while staff were on breaks. Zero packaging material in the carton. Needless to say, the body was broken in a corner where the lens frame screwed in. I didn't even bother to open the little box with the turntable in it because it already had a huge hole in it. I hooked up a light and it works really well, it's very bright and if it weren't for the crappy effort of their engineering department I'd be happy with the light. Return it immediately and order another to replace this one, hoping the next one takes a less destructive route to get here. I will try to update the post once the replacement lamp has been delivered and verified. I just posted some photos to show what I was trying to convey in the previous paragraph. You can clearly see the box and the lack of one, I don't even mean so much a styrofoam nut for stuffing. Third grade could have packed this item better than what arrived today. UPDATE: I have just received a replacement for my original damaged flashlight and it arrived safe and sound despite not having a single piece of packaging inside. Box with a small rotating platform. Check out the video I uploaded to check it out. I can't believe they just toss these lights in a box, put tape over the flaps and say it's done. You should get a large percentage of it back due to damage in transit. The light itself works great and cures the UV resin in a hot minute or less. So if they make even the tiniest effort to properly package their product for shipping and turn on something (okay, not that the light is really needed for that, but a simple note with some information about the company would be useful), management contact information or Guarantee heck even a self promotion flyer for some of their other products which I think would be appropriate instead of not including anything at this point. So I'm increasing my rating to four stars as this second light made the journey from China to my front door safe and sound. So these are good lights, you just have to roll the dice to get one of the survivors against a box of small pieces that used to be UV lights.
